MultiTech D has good electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat resistance, and superior arc resistance. Typical applications include heating appliance insulation, welding equipment nozzle insulation, heat barriers and specialty bearing applications. MultiTech D also complies with MIL-I-24768/17, Type GSG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-7.

MultiTech MultiFunctional I is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts MultiTech MultiFunctional I and 1 partMultiTech MultiFunctional I to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

Polymer Mold Release Agent is a versatile coating designed to release all injection molded thermoplastic resins. It produces a very low coefficient of static friction so parts release easily. It resists film buildup, eliminates knit lines, and yields multiple releases with a single application. TPC-1 is food grade and meets FDA regulation 21 CFR181.28 as a release agent.

3D Printing Polymer Resin C is a carbon-filled thermoplastic with excellent structural characteristics. The material is comprised of a blend of Nylon 12 resin and chopped carbon fiber, at a loading of 35% by weight. It has the highest flexural strength of any FDM thermoplastic, resulting in the highest stiffness-to-weight ratio. Polymer Curing Agent B is a clear solution of acetyl acetone peroxide (AAP), or 2,4- Pentanedione peroxide in a phlegmatizer. Polymer Curing Agent B is a very effective polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure of unsaturated polyester resins and gives exceptionally fast cures without significantly affecting gel times in most resin systems. Polymer Curing Agent B has the added advantage of being a low fire or explosion hazard.
