MultiTech Lubricant B provides mar resistance, is tack-free, and has good optical properties. This product functions as an anti-marring agent, emulsifier, and lubricant.

MultiTech MultiFunctional V is a coarse grade of wollastonite with approximately 20% retained on a 325 mesh sieve. MultiTech MultiFunctional V can be used as a general purpose extender pigment where ultra-fineness is not required such as texture paints and block fillers. The naturally high pH of wollastonite helps to buffer latex paints and coatings, which contributes to improved corrosion resistance and weathering. This also extends in-can stability and prolongs the lifetime of the coating.

IAM MultiFunctional is a synthetic magnesium silicate adsorbent designed for deep purification of polyols which are generally used in the production of urethane polymers. Purification of polyols by adsorption using synthetic magnesium silicate is widely recognized as the most effective way to produce high quality polyols. Synthetic magnesium silicate is an amorphous material with high pore volume and active surface area. Due to the unique structure and surface chemistry, IAM MultiFunctional can selectively and very efficiently remove alkali metal catalysts, as well as other polar compounds from various polyols and surfactants. High adsorptivity and excellent filtration characteristics permit these adsorbents to be easily used in industrial conditions.

MultiTech MultiFunctional J is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

MultiTech MultiFunctional I is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts MultiTech MultiFunctional I and 1 partMultiTech MultiFunctional I to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

MultiTech Oil is considered a healthier oil because it has zero trans fat, healthy levels of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and the lowest level of saturated fats of all common culinary oils. MultiTech MultiFunctional N is the first formaldehyde-free sulfur-based reducing agent which enables adherence to stringent regulatory requirements of emulsion polymers. MultiTech Difunctional A is a primary, saturated alcohol with defined branching of the carbon chain. Such alcohols are chemically described as 2-alkyl-1-alkanols and are also referred to as Guerbet alcohols. It is a high purity alcohol that offers excellent oxidative and color stability. Additionally, the twin, 100% linear alkyl branches of the MultiTech Difunctional A alcohol give it a lower viscosity and better biodegradability than dimer alcohols derived from oxo-alcohols. The unique chemical structure of MultiTech Difunctional A alcohol also provides good solubility and solvency.

DiTech MultiFunctional H is a solubilizer, coupling agent and cloud point depressant used in heavy duty cleaners, wax strippers and dishwashing detergents, oil field and metal working applications.
